More Owner-Occupied Units?

Beginning as early as 2007, our Unit Owners Association has considered amending our leasing bylaw to increase the number of owner-occupied residential units in our Market Street at Town Center Condominium.  Generally speaking, each additional owner-occupied unit means one less leased unit.  Because of decreasing owner-occupancy in our Condominium (recently reaching an all-time low of 41%), the effort to amend our leasing bylaw has been reinvigorated this year.

I think this is an important issue about which we Market Street at Town Center Condominium unit owners should be informing ourselves and offering enlightened opinions to our fellow unit owners and to our Board of Directors.  To this end, I have made numerous posts related to amending our leasing bylaw, but not on this blog.

Because there is a companion blog devoted entirely to amending the leasing bylaw, those many posts I have made on that topic appear on that companion blog, not on this blog.  My posts on this blog you are now at relate to Market Street at Town Center Condominium Unit Owners Association issues other than leasing.

So I urge you to look at that leasing-bylaw-amendment blog, which you will find at http://msa-towncenter.blogspot.com/.

In addition to the two above-mentioned blogs that are entirely for Market Street at Town Center Condominium unit owners, I also have a forum devoted entirely to Market Street at Town Center Condominium unit owners.  You may find that forum helpful in navigating within the blogs, because the forum is subdivided by topics.  In the forum, you can see one- or two-sentence summaries of the content of each blog post, along with the link to the blog post so you can easily go to the blog post if it sounds interesting to you.  My forum is at http://mstcuoa.proboards.com/.
